1. Start your day with a good breakfast.

Your body is like a vehicle and it needs to be supplied with good fuel. The best way to fuel your engine is to start the day with a hearty meal. Not only are you fuelling your body to take on the world, but did you know, you're jump-starting your metabolism? Studies have also shown that people who eat breakfast perform better throughout the day. Makes sense right? If a big brekky isn't for you, that's ok try and opt for a piece of fruit or toast. Just don't leave your tank empty!


2.  Go Go H20

We've all heard it before and that's because its true. Staying hydrated is a must! It helps your cells regenerate, flushes out your organs and can help keep your skin youthful. As you go through the day you sweat and your water levels get depleted. Since we are made up of 70% water it only makes sense that we need a top up throughout the day. Not a fan of the plain old H20? Liven it up with a bit of citrus or mint, our favourite is cucumber mint and lime. It's truly sublime, try it for yourself!


3. Get Moving Baby

Got some time on your hand opt for the stairs, not only is it good for your body but exercise is a great stress reliever. Now we're not saying you need to do 3 classes a day and run a marathon, but every little bit of movement helps get your blood circulating and your muscles warmed up.


4. Catch those zzzzz's

Your body needs sleep, it helps regenerate your cells, aids in recovery and helps your overall mental and physical well being. Plus who doesn't love a good sleep in?
